What the service provides
WebSeekPro helps a buyer organize a question, inspect selected public collections, retain local research notes, and open prepared searches at outside sources. Results may be incomplete, outdated, unavailable, or unrelated to the subject being researched.
Verification is essential
A name, handle, date, place, or apparent match is not proof of identity. Important conclusions should be checked against independent, reliable sources. The buyer remains responsible for all decisions and actions taken after using WebSeekPro.
Not a consumer report
WebSeekPro is not a consumer reporting agency and does not provide consumer reports. It may not be used to make decisions about employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, tenancy, benefits, or any other purpose regulated by the Fair Credit Reporting Act or similar laws.
Owner access
Access is personal to the purchaser account. Keep the password private. If access may have been shared, change the password from Account Security; this signs out other active devices.
Refunds
WebSeekPro includes a 30-day money-back guarantee. To request a refund within 30 days of purchase, email support@webseekpro.com from the purchase email address and include the Stripe receipt or purchase details.
Outside services
Prepared links lead to independent websites. Their availability, content, policies, fees, and search rules are outside WebSeekPro's control.
